They should have a minimum of 5 years experience in handling environmental issues. Fluency in Hindi, English along with Telugu is essential. Basic computer skills are also required. 

5) MIS Specialist- should have a M.Tec/B.Tec in Computer Science/ B.Tec IT, or MSc in Statistics. The candidate must also have computer skills, fluency in Hindi, English Telugu along with a 5 years experience in handling the environmental issues. 

6) GIS Expert- the candidate must be a Post Graduate in Environmental Science with GIS training or Post Graduate in Remote Sensing / Post Graduate in Geo-Spatial technology with GIS training and should have minimum 3 years experience along with language fluency and computer skills as mentioned above.

Educational qualifications for this NHB Recruitment 2018


1. The individual applying for RTI Consultant should have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university in any of the streams. However, the candidates who have pursued the degree in law will be given preference. The candidate should also possess a minimum 25 years of experience, out of which, the 10 years should involve work related to RTI related work in RBI, PSBs/FIs in India, Courts, Govt. or Regulatory Authority, Tribunals, Commissions or any similar forum.

2. Those who applied for Accounts Consultant post should have a CA (full time), ICWA (full time) educational qualification and they must have Minimum 05 years of experience in the area of accounting, taxation, and auditing. 

NOTE: both the jobs are based on a contractual period of 3 years initially. However, it is extendable for a further period based upon the satisfactory performance of the candidate, their age, and other requirements. In certain exceptional cases, a longer period could be considered, only after reviewing your performance after 6 months of working.  

Selection procedure for the National Housing Bank Recruitment 2018

Selection for both the posts will be based upon shortlisting and personal interview of the candidates. The bank will finalize the number of candidates and they will be called for interview. There will be a merit list prepared in descending order, which would be based upon your performance in the personal interview round. If two candidates secure same marks, then the decision will be taken based on their age.

2. 3. People applying for Advisor/Consultant (Business Development) should have a Diploma Engineering in (Electrical & Electronics) from any recognized University or Institute and should also have a Post Graduation in Management Studies for preference and should also have a minimum 15 year experience in the field. 

4. For the post of Advisor/Consultant (PR) individuals with a Graduation in any Discipline with a full time Masters Degree (2 year) in PR or any other equivalent will only be considered. They must also have an experience of 15 year or more. 

5. The candidates applying for Receptionist must be good in communication and should hold a Diploma in the concerned field Along with a minimum experience of 2 years or more.
