Eligibility Benchmark as per NABARD recruitment notification:

       Age Limit:
Between 18 -35 years(born between 01-08-1981 and 31-07-1998)

            Age relaxation:
(i)                 SC/ST : 05 years
(ii)               OBC     : 03 years
(iii)             Person with disabilities: 10  years for general candidate and 13 years for OBC                                                        and  15 years for SC/ST
(iv)              Ex-Servicemen : Total years of service + 3 years (maximum 50 years of age)
(v)                Widows/Divorced women/Women legally separated and not remarried: 10 years
(vi)              Candidate who ordinarily domiciled in Kashmir Division between 01-01-1980 and 31-12-1989 : 5 years

(The above-mentioned age relaxation is allowed for candidates who produce necessary Certificates only.)
           
Educational Attributes:

 For the post of Development Assistant:
(i)  Graduation with 50% marks for general category candidates and pass class for SC/ST/PWD with knowledge of Word processing in Computer.
(ii)   For ex-servicemen : Graduate from recognized university or 12th pass and rendered minimum 15 years of service.
(iii)   Should know to read, write and speak the language of the state which applied for. Knowledge of English also mandatory.


For the post of Development Assistant (Hindi):
(i)     Graduation with 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWD) Hindi as a compulsory Subject. Computer knowledge is mandatory
(ii)  Should know to read, write and speak the language of the state which applied for. Knowledge of English also mandatory.

Candidates have to pay fees ONLINE of Rs 450/- by general category candidates and Rs 50/-  for SC/ST/PWD/EXS (Payment can be done by Debit card/Credit card/Internet banking/Mobile Wallets)

SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR NABARD RECRUITMENT:


            Selection will be done in two online exams. (a) Preliminary exam (b) Main Exam
Question Paper will be of English and Hindi
Negative marking ( ¼ of the marks will be deducted for each wrong answer)

      A)     Preliminary exam : One hour
Test of English knowledge       : 40 marks
Test Of Numerical Ability        : 30 marks
Test of Reasoning                     : 30 marks

     B)     Main Exam : 90 minutes for Objective and 30 Minutes for Descriptive
Test Of Reasoning                    : 30 marks
Quantitative Aptitude               : 30 marks
General Awareness                   : 50 marks
Computer Knowledge              : 40 marks
Test of English Language         : 50 marks (Descriptive)


For Development Assistants (Hindi) :

    A)     Preliminary exam : One hour

Test Of Professional Knowledge (Hindi)     : 30 marks
Test of Reasoning                                         : 30 marks

    B)     Main Exam : 90 minutes for Objective and 30 Minutes for Descriptive
