After the news of U.S. President Donald Trump and his First Lady Melania Trump testing Positive for COVID-19, people from around the world are hoping for their good health and fast recovery. However, it is said that it was the First Time ever when Kim Jong Un has sent well wishes to a world leader saying he hopes she recovers soon.

2. GIC, TPG to invest about $1 billion in Reliance Industries
Mukesh Ambani, the owner of Reliance Industries announced about the,Two more global funds: Singapore’s GIC and US-based TPG together will invest Rs 7,350 crore into Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd -RRVL to acquire around 1.6% stake in the company.
How these Investments had affected Reliance Industries?
With these investments, Reliance Retail has collected a combined Rs 31,894 crore in the past few weeks from investors including US buyout firm KKR & Co, private equity giant General Atlantic, technology investment firm Silver Lake and sovereign wealth fund Mubadala.
3. Tejashwi Yadav Selected as Bihar CM
Who is Tejashwi Yadav?
Tejashwi Yadav is a leader of Rashtriya Janta Dal - RJD, who will be the Cheif Minister Candidate for the opposition coalition in Bihar. RJD will contest 144 seats in the upcoming Assembly elections while the Congress will get 70 and Left parties 29, the Grand alliance announced on Saturday.
When is the Election?
The election is scheduled to start from October 28 and the Counting of Votes will take place from November 10.
4. Shiv Sena Questions Women Safety in U.P.
The Shiv Sena on Saturday criticized the UP Government over the Hathras Rape case, stating "Prime Minister, Narendra Modi Laid the Foundation of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. But there is no 'Ram Rajya' in Uttar Pradesh." They added, "Jungle Raj" is prevailing in UP in terms of law and order situation.
5. Ansari Died of Cardiac Arrest
Who was Haji Hussain Ansari?
Haji Hussain Ansari was the Jharkhand Minority Welfare Minister.
Ansari passed away at the age of 72 at Medanta Hospital in Ranchi on Saturday. He was hospitalized after testing Positive for coronavirus in September and has tested Negative on Friday.
Jharkhand CM, Hemant Soren said Ansari's death saying "He was a mass leader with a simple nature and conviction"
6. 'Interest on Interest' on Loans upto ₹2cr during Moratorium: Govt.
The Centre has informed the Supreme Court that it is ready to waive 'Interest on interest' on loans of up to ₹2 cr during the six-month moratorium period. The wavier will apply for MSME loans, education, housing, auto and consumer durable loans and credit card dues.
However the Government is yet to seek the Parliament approval for the move.
7. 10- day skill training period for classes 6-8 under NEP: Education Minister
Students studying in grades 6 to 8 will have 'bagless' classes for a period of 10days as per suggestions of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. During this period, students would have to intern with local vocational experts such as carpenters, gardeners, potters, artists etc, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said on Thursday.
Similar internships are likely to start for classes 6-12 too.
8. Saudi Arabia suspends Travel from India
Due to the rise of Covid-19 Cases in India, Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation has suspended travel to and from India, Brazil and Argentina.
This includes any person who has been to the three countries 14 days prior to their arrival in the kingdom. Passangers who have official Government invitations are excluded from the suspension.
Cases of COBVID-19 in India crossed 56-Lakh Mark.
9. Indian Startups can Protest against Google: IndiaMART CEO
Who is the CEO of IndiaMART?
Dinesh Agarwal is the CEO of IndiaMART.
Dinesh said that Indian entrepreneurs are considering forming a startup association aimed cheifly at lodging protests with the Indian Government and courts against Google.
Why are they planning to Protest?
Indian Startups have been criticising Google's decision to charge a 30% fee on in-app purchase on Google Play Store. "Google will lolse this battle. It's just a matter of time." Agarwal said.
10. World Continues to live in shadow of nuclear catastrophe: UN chief

Antonio Guterres is the UN Secretary General.
He said that the world continues to live in the shadow of nuclear catastrophe, "Growing distrust and tension between the States that possess nuclear weapons have increased nuclear risks," he added. Guterres further said the elimination of Nuclear Weapons is vital to survival of life on the planet and showed his concern about the rising Friction between major powers.
