Salary Details- Rs15000 per month will be paid during the period of assignment to the Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant.

1. Candidate must have a degree in Law granted by any recognized University that is established by the Law in India and should have a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
2. Candidate must have enrolled as an Advocate.
3. Candidate must have knowledge of computer.
Candidate's age should not have completed the age of 30 years to apply for Karnataka high court vacancies, as on 6th April 2018.
Experience required: None
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their academic record, achievements in co-curricular activities and performance in the interview which will e judged by a committee of Hon'ble Judges constituted by Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Candidates whose applications will be in order shall be considered for calling for viva.
The eligible candidate has to should send their application in the prescribed format along with the required information and self-attested documents. The application should reach the Registrar General, High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru on or before 6th April 2018.
Applications received after the last date i.e. 8th April 2018 will not be considered. The candidates selected for the assignment as Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant will be engaged in a full-time assignment and during this period of assignment, the Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant will not be allowed to practice as an Advocate and neither will be allowed to take up any employment. The Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant will be required to give necessary intimation beforehand to the concerned Bar Council with regard to his/her assignment undertaken as such. The Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant is required to maintain proper discipline and complete confidentiality at all times, otherwise will be held liable.
