Duties of Clerk-cum-Research assistants
The Duties of Candidates selected in this Karnataka High Court Bangalore Recruitment are reading of case files, preparation of the case summary and notes in a chronological arrangement, Should be present in court during the hearing of cases and taking notes of arguments and quotation, doing research on case law, books and articles for the purpose of assisting the Honourable Judge for preparing judgements etc.

Education qualification:
Graduation in Law with 50% marks from a recognised university and should have enrolled as a n advocate in Karnataka State Bar Council after 01-01-2014.

Selection Procedure:

Selection for this jobs in Karnataka High court will be made by a committee of Judges constituted by the Chief Justice. Selection will be made on the basis of academic records, Achievements in co-curricular activities and Interview. 
If the Number of applications received is large in numbers then the candidates will be shortlisted for interview on the basis of academic records and only the shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
